Job Description

Based in Atlanta, GA at our corporate headquarters, the Business Process Improvement Leader will be the internal champion for building a continuous improvement culture by creating and implementing process excellence across all business segments under the Cor Partners umbrella of companies.  This includes supporting organization-wide continuous improvement communication, facilitating and guiding improvement projects, and develop additional continuous improvement advocates across the organization.

The Business Process Improvement Leader will have the opportunity to create an immediate impact on the organization.  This position will have the chance to contribute to our most important organizational initiatives.  The role will require frequent travel to our locations across the country.



  • Lead process mapping and improvement events and projects in each of the business segments under the direction of the VP, Business Process Improvement for Cor Partners.
  • Supports and facilitates the continuous improvement process through the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Drive continuous improvement implementation projects to closure. Teach others to lead improvement efforts, including training on effective tools for successful project leadership.
  • Establish metrics to monitor financial savings and operational improvements as compared to established goals and targets.
  • Develop and maintain annual value stream mapping efforts, CI plans, and calendars.
  • Establish appropriate communication and recognition protocols for sharing Continuous Improvement news, activities and learnings across the organization. Share information and collaborate with divisional leaders across business segments.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Technology or relevant area of study
  • Black Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma
  • 5-10 years' maximum experience in similar role
  • Intermediate to advanced level skill with analytical tools and presentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong facilitation, influence, and presentation skills 
  • Strong project management, analytical, and process excellence skills including the ability to (i) facilitate improvement across many facets of a business, (ii) work independently, (iii) build consensus amongst diverse teams and (iv) lead projects through to a conclusion despite a distributed workforce.
  • Provide oversight and leadership to ensure improvement project completion; change management initiatives
  • Ability to travel overnight, at times up to 50% of the time for business trips
