We currently have an outstanding career opportunity for a Water Mitigation Analyst.  The Water Mitigation Analyst will work with various internal and external clients to provide analysis in relation to water mitigation services

Responsibilities:

  • To work with Internal and External clients and analyze mitigation services cost .
  • Be able to provide reporting to our customers on any material differences between cost submitted vs final recommendation
  • To have a understanding of the proper technique for water mitigation services
  • To have or within the first 3 months of employment if not already secured : Certifications Cleaning and Restoration ( IICRC),  Water Damage Restoration  (WRT ), Applied Structural Drying ( ASD)
  • To be able to negotiate with vendors on final costs or settlements
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with existing and prospective clients; addresses client needs and directs problem resolution as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Well versed in the auditing process of mitigation invoices.
  • Baccalaureate degree in a related field, or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrates thorough skill set in, or demonstrates ability to quickly master, a variety of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (including, but not necessarily limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, SharePoint, and Access), internet communication tools.
  • Skilled in use of internet for business research purposes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, compassion, and respect toward others, as well as integrity, accountability and adherence to standards of ethical behavior and professional conduct, open and honest communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
